At Bones Coffee Company, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable merchandise and store credit for coffee products.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Prepare Your Package
For apparel and brewing gear, ensure items are unused and in original packaging; for coffee, please provide the batch number from the bag.
Ship It Back
Once approved, use the provided prepaid shipping label to send your items back to our roasting facility for inspection.
Receive Refund or Credit
After we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
